We consider crew training one of the most crucial components of our activity.

The goal of training is to assess and advance the seafarer’s personal skills and professional competency in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities assigned on board ships. This includes developing the seafarer’s ability to deal with the increasing complexity of rules imposed by Flag States, Port States, and the requirements of shipowners and charterers.

The Training Centre in India provides reliable assessment practices and innovative training methods in partnership with the Academy Education and Training Centre. The centre is equipped with Deck and Engine simulators ensuring the best possible tools in assessing and forming the trainees.

The Training Centre offers a number of computer-based courses, ranging from English language to risk assessment and accident prevention, Type Specific ECDIS training, ISM and other specific trainings, giving the seafarers a variety of subjects to choose from and adapt their classes to meet the individual needs.
